At Bartodzieje, near the Brda River, attractive recreational areas will be created, as predicted by the Urban Development Plan adopted by the City Council. Thanks to the bridge, it will also be easily accessible for residents of neighborhoods located on the other side of the Brda.
Currently, the riverside part of Bartodzieje is neglected and difficult to reach – overgrown vegetation practically prevents access to the Brda. However, the plan foresees a complete transformation of this area. The greenery will be developed in a park style while preserving the existing trees.

On the river itself, the construction of a boulevard is planned, with pathways leading from the neighborhood side to allow easy access for pedestrians and cyclists. The whole area will be complemented by recreational infrastructure, bike paths, and small architecture.
The plan also includes the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge, connecting both sides of the Brda. This will provide residents of Kapuścisk and Wyżyny with easy access to the new recreational areas. Currently, it is not possible to determine when this ambitious plan will be implemented. It will depend on when the city budget allocates funds for this investment.
